About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare revenue cycle management organization seeking an experienced RCM Client Integration Specialist to join their remote team. This is a critical role coordinating the successful onboarding of new clients from contract execution through go-live and stabilization.

As the bridge between clients and internal operations, you'll manage detailed implementation plans, track deliverables across multiple departments, and ensure clients transition smoothly into ongoing RCM operations. This position requires someone who thrives on organization, clear communication, and driving complex projects to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding processes from post-contract execution through operational handoff
  • Develop and maintain detailed implementation timelines, checklists, and project trackers for each new client
  • Coordinate activities across coding, billing, AR, payment posting, credentialing, IT, data analytics, training, and client success teams
  • Serve as primary implementation contact, scheduling and facilitating recurring meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure collection of all required client documentation, system access, payer information, workflows, and operational requirements
  • Coordinate system setup, testing, training, and workflow validation prior to go-live
  • Monitor daily activities during initial go-live period and coordinate issue resolution
  • Manage structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day post-go-live review processes, tracking performance against goals
  • Identify workflow gaps, training needs, staffing concerns, and system issues impacting performance during stabilization
  • Prepare comprehensive handoffs to ongoing operations teams with complete documentation of workflows, contacts, and lessons learned
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and centralized records of client requirements and decisions
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and develop standardized implementation tools

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare operations
  • Experience working with multiple RCM functions including coding, billing, AR, denials, payment posting, and/or charge entry
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working directly with clients or healthcare practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn healthcare information systems, EHR/PM platforms, clearinghouses, and reporting tools
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, project management, or related field
  • Experience leading or coordinating RCM client implementations
  • Experience with RCM transitions, acquisitions, staff transitions, or system implementations
  • Experience developing workflows, SOPs, implementation checklists, and project plans
  • Knowledge of healthcare claims, payer requirements, denials, and reimbursement processes
