What This Role Involves
System integrators at CIMA+ bridge business requirements and technical infrastructure, ensuring different systems, applications, and platforms work together seamlessly. You'll own the full integration lifecycle—from planning and architecture to deployment and ongoing optimization—working across multiple technical environments and vendor platforms to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design and architect integration solutions connecting various enterprise systems and applications
- Evaluate existing technology infrastructure and identify improvement opportunities
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot integrated systems to ensure reliability and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Document system designs, configurations, and procedures for future reference and compliance
- Support system maintenance and resolve integration-related issues in production environments
- Stay current with emerging integration technologies and best practices in the field
Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and implementing system integration solutions
- Strong knowledge of integration tools, middleware, or iPaaS platforms
- Proficiency with APIs, data protocols, and enterprise application connectivity
- Solid understanding of SQL, scripting, or relevant programming languages
- Experience with system troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Self-direction and comfort working in a fully remote environment
