Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the parking enforcement sector serving the DACH region. In this Collections Specialist role, you will spend the majority of your day communicating with German-speaking customers regarding outstanding parking tickets and fees.

Your daily work includes:

• Conducting inbound and outbound calls with customers to resolve outstanding parking ticket cases
• Processing cases within the ticketing system and ensuring all data is accurate and current
• Following clearly defined collections processes and meeting daily performance targets
• Maintaining written and verbal communication with customers throughout the collections cycle
• Working within an international operations team to achieve resolution goals

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who can handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and persistence. The ideal candidate brings:

• German language skills at C1 level or higher
• Proven experience in collections or debt recovery work
• Background in customer support or contact center environments
• Confident, calm demeanor when managing challenging conversations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain structure under pressure
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Appreciation for process-oriented, structured work

Preferred but not required: Experience with Salesforce CRM; familiarity with Austrian German dialects and terminology

This is a fully remote position available to candidates in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, or Serbia. The schedule is Monday through Friday with fixed hours.
