About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential digital dental laboratory that is revolutionizing clinical workflows across the UK. We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Dental Lab Technician specializing in Removables to provide exceptional technical support directly to clinicians.
In this role, you'll leverage your deep expertise in dental lab work to partner with doctors on patient scanning, case preparation, and design modifications. You'll be the vital link between clinical teams and production, ensuring quality outcomes through real-time support via phone, chat, and video.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinicians in real-time to review and refine case designs, ensuring optimal aesthetic and functional patient outcomes
- Provide expert guidance on complex removables cases and build customer confidence in digital workflows
- Deliver live clinical support through multiple channels including phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows
- Act as liaison between doctors and laboratory teams, translating clinical feedback into actionable production outcomes
- Manage multiple complex conversations simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, fully-digital laboratory environment
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Dental Technician
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including full dentures and partial dentures
- Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, scan bodies, and design best practices
- Technologically adept with ability to quickly learn and navigate dental design platforms
- Previous experience in a customer-facing laboratory role strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate technical feedback into clear, actionable insights
- Confident communicating live with clinicians via chat, phone, and video calls
- Strong independent problem-solving abilities and professional approach to managing complex concerns
- Empathetic customer service mindset with proven ability to build rapport with clinicians
- Comfortable working in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment
- Available for shifts between 10am-7pm GMT, 11am-8pm GMT, or 12pm-9pm GMT
