About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology client seeking full-time Mobile Phlebotomists across the United States. Our client operates a growing platform for at-home diagnostics, and we need compassionate professionals who excel at delivering exceptional patient experiences in home and office settings.

The standard shift is Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This role requires reliable transportation and the ability to work independently while maintaining close communication with operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Visit patients in their homes or offices to collect blood samples and vitals
  • Drive to and from appointments throughout your assigned territory
  • Transport and drop off specimens at patient service centers or laboratories
  • Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures with a high degree of precision
  • Process samples according to established protocols
  • Maintain regular communication with operations and patient experience teams during business hours
  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Deliver friendly, empathetic, and compassionate care during every patient interaction

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
  • National certification from AMT, ASCP, or NCCT
  • Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience processing laboratory samples
  • Proven track record in exceptional customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to drive in dark/early morning conditions (first appointments may begin at 5:00 AM)
  • Physical ability to kneel, bend, stoop, sit, reach, climb stairs, and carry up to 15 pounds while walking
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable personal vehicle and clean driving record
  • COVID-19 vaccination (required due to patient contact)

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish
