Account Executive I – Service Provider – Nordics Region

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive on our talent partner's sales team, you will own the full sales cycle for managed service provider (MSP) opportunities across the Nordics region. You'll be responsible for meeting quarterly revenue targets while building genuine partnerships with technical buyers.

• Meet or exceed sales goals by qualifying and closing net-new MSP opportunities in the Nordics market
• Creatively source new prospects and position cybersecurity solutions to match their specific needs, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the discovery and evaluation process
• Stay current on competitive offerings in the cybersecurity space and develop strategies to address objections and differentiate value
• Translate client feedback into actionable insights that inform sales strategy and support product direction
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Operations, Product, and Account Management to ensure smooth handoffs and successful client onboarding
• Maintain accurate activity, forecast, and opportunity records in the CRM system
• Leverage AI tools for prospecting, research, meeting preparation, and workflow optimization while applying sound judgment to outputs

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of demonstrated success in a strategic B2B sales role
• 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a software or technology company
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and creating new business relationships
• Experience selling into the Nordics region is required
• Comfortable working within a CRM and maintaining detailed, accurate records
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly responsive to clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong presentation, active listening, and critical-thinking skills
• Growth mindset with a collaborative approach to team knowledge sharing
• Thoughtful use of AI to enhance productivity while maintaining quality and accuracy standards
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for client meetings and company events
• Cybersecurity or cybersecurity sales experience is helpful but not required

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £55,000 base with on-target earnings at £110,000 plus equity
