About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing e-commerce organization in the renewable energy sector, based in Achim near Bremen. Our client is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to lead the strategic development and operational execution of their organic search channel. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to drive measurable growth in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously evolve the SEO strategy, identifying new growth opportunities and creating scalable topic and content structures for sustainable organic growth
• Prioritize SEO initiatives based on data-driven business impact and resource allocation, ensuring clear decision-making processes
• Advance technical SEO architecture in collaboration with e-commerce and external IT teams, maintaining a stable and scalable technical foundation
• Create synergies between content strategy and SEO, integrating SEO requirements into content, brand, and creative workflows
• Analyze performance data and develop reporting and KPI structures to guide the SEO channel and derive optimization measures
• Establish and refine SEO processes and standards, building scalable structures and efficient workflows
• Coordinate cross-functional SEO projects with e-commerce, CRO, and visual design teams, ensuring early integration of SEO into relevant processes

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in SEO, ideally within e-commerce or agency environments with strategic responsibility
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and data-driven optimization
• Proven track record developing and implementing sustainable SEO strategies
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with SEO and web analytics tools
• Experience prioritizing complex projects and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Structured, independent working style with strong communication abilities
• High affinity for data, processes, and continuous optimization
• German language proficiency required for this role
