Werkstudent Asset Management (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a working student to support their Asset Management team. In this role, you will:

• Support the Asset Management team with commercial and technical oversight of wind, photovoltaic, and energy storage projects
• Assist in evaluating operational data and analyzing plant performance and yields
• Help prepare reports, analyses, and management presentations
• Maintain and update project, contract, and facility databases
• Coordinate and document maintenance, upkeep, and optimization activities
• Support communication with operations managers, service providers, and project stakeholders
• Provide administrative and technical support across Asset Management, Project Development, and M&A functions
• Contribute to internal process optimization and take ownership of small-scale projects

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Technology, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Prior practical experience through internships or working student positions is advantageous
• Strong interest in renewable energy and both technical and commercial aspects of asset management
• Analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach to complex issues
• Independent, meticulous, and reliable work style with high quality standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with an ability to collaborate across diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; high IT affinity and interest in data analysis and digital tools
• Experience with technical or commercial evaluations and ERP or BI systems is a plus
• Native-level German (C2 CEFR) and strong English skills, both written and spoken
• Available for at least 12 months and minimum 13 hours per week with flexible scheduling

Pay
