(Senior) Sales Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential aesthetics organization that leads its market across the DACH region. Our client operates a network of beauty treatment locations and is seeking a (Senior) Sales Manager to join their team in Deggendorf.

This is a client-facing sales role where you'll work exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest in aesthetic treatments. You'll guide potential clients from initial contact through to booking consultations, combining consultative selling with a genuine passion for beauty and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Consult with warm leads who have already shown interest, building trust through empathetic communication
• Identify client needs, answer questions, and professionally guide them to the next step in their journey
• Schedule qualified consultation appointments and ensure prospects commit to their bookings
• Maintain a sales-oriented approach by reliably following up on open contacts and tracking your performance metrics
• Document conversations, appointments, and relevant client information in the digital CRM system
• Perform professional aesthetic treatments according to established quality standards
• Support clients before, during, and after treatments, ensuring a pleasant, hygienic, and professional experience
• Collaborate closely with your team to achieve shared targets

• Ideally, experience in sales, consulting, cosmetics, beauty, fitness, health, or service industries

• German language proficiency required for client-facing work
