Agentic Python Engineer

Responsibilities

We are representing a bootstrapped SaaS client with strong annual recurring revenue and a lean, fully remote team. They build prospecting automation tools and are investing heavily in agentic AI—both customer-facing products and internal self-improving systems. You'll work directly with senior leadership in a high-velocity, results-focused environment.

• Design and build agentic workflows for outbound sales automation, including lead research and outreach orchestration
• Develop self-improving loops across engineering, support, content, and analytics using LLM tooling
• Instrument observability and feedback mechanisms for agentic systems
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership on product and architecture decisions
• Ship fast in a KPI-driven, zero-bureaucracy culture

What We're Looking For

• Strong Python engineering experience with production-grade code
• Power user of agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude
• Comfortable with autonomous work and rapid iteration
• Bonus: AWS experience, familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks and observability tooling
• Autodidacts welcome—our client values learning velocity over credentials
