Wir von Get A Job.ai suchen im Auftrag eines etablierten Fertigungsunternehmens im Raum Düsseldorf eine Qualitätsfachkraft (m/w/d), die mit technischem Verständnis und Blick fürs Detail dafür sorgt, dass in der Produktion höchste Standards eingehalten werden. Unser Mandant ist im Bereich der Kunststoff-Fertigungstechnik tätig und verfügt über moderne Produktionsanlagen sowie ein eingespieltes Team.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Begleitung der Montage im Tagesgeschäft mit Fokus auf Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards
- Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur lückenlosen Produktprüfung
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Produkten
- Unterstützung bei der Pflege des Qualitätsmanagementsystems nach ISO 9001:2015
- Mitarbeit bei Produktqualifizierungen im Rahmen von Entwicklungsprojekten
- Durchführung von Mess- und Bemusterungsaufgaben in Serienfertigung und Produktentwicklung
- Aufbereitung und Visualisierung von Ergebnissen in Reports
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik, Fertigungs-, Mess- oder Kunststoffspritztechnik
- Gutes Verständnis industrieller Produktions- und Montageabläufe
- Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Konstruktionszeichnungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Längen-, Form- und Oberflächenmesstechnik
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Von Vorteil: Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker sowie Grundkenntnisse in der Elektrotechnik
- Von Vorteil: Berufserfahrung im Qualitätswesen; auch Quereinstieg aus Prüflabor oder Vorentwicklung möglich
- Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit elektromagnetischen Komponenten nach DIN VDE 0580
