Role Overview

As Head of Creative Marketing at Genesis you will set the creative vision that powers campaign development and brand expression. Working fully remotely with a focus on Ukraine, you guide strategy, uphold quality standards, and translate business priorities into compelling narratives across channels. The position demands both high-level planning and hands-on creative stewardship so every asset felt distinctive yet cohesive.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute integrated creative marketing plans that strengthen market position and audience engagement
• Direct concept development, visual storytelling, and multi-channel campaign production from briefing through launch
• Lead, coach, and grow a distributed creative team while maintaining consistent brand voice and aesthetic standards
• Partner with product, sales, and communications colleagues to align messaging with overall company objectives
• Review and refine creative output using performance insights and audience feedback
• Champion emerging formats, tools, and cultural trends that keep campaigns fresh and effective
• Protect brand integrity by establishing clear guidelines and reviewing all major creative deliverables

What You Bring

• Several years of progressive experience leading creative marketing or brand creative functions at a senior level
• A strong portfolio that showcases directed campaigns achieving measurable reach or conversion results
• Mastery of brand strategy, art direction principles, and contemporary digital channels
• Proven capacity to manage creative talent and cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English along with the ability to inspire teams asynchronously
• Strategic thinking balanced with a practical, deadline-driven approach to execution
• Familiarity with remote collaboration platforms and processes preferred for Ukraine-based work
