What You'll Do

- Document patient care activities and observations in medical records
- Communicate patient status updates to nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments and equipment standards
- Support infection control and patient safety protocols
- Respond promptly to patient needs and report clinical changes to appropriate staff
