About the Role
As an Early Childhood Education Teacher at Bright Horizons Children's Centers, you'll provide developmentally appropriate care and instruction in a full-time capacity. This is an opportunity to make a direct, lasting impact on young children while working alongside experienced early learning professionals who are dedicated to your growth.
What You'll Do
- Design and facilitate engaging, hands-on learning experiences tailored to each age group's developmental stage
- Foster safe, nurturing relationships with infants, toddlers, and twos—building attachment and trust during critical years
- Observe children closely and document developmental progress to inform individualized care and learning plans
- Partner with families through regular communication and collaboration to support children's growth both at school and home
- Maintain healthy, clean, and organized classroom environments that meet early childhood health and safety standards
- Support social-emotional development, self-regulation, and early academic skill-building through daily interactions
What We're Looking For
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to children's wellbeing
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
- Physical capability to engage in active play and provide hands-on care for young children
- Reliability, patience, and a collaborative spirit when working as part of an educational team
