Rehab – Physical Therapist

About the Role

You'll deliver direct patient care as a rehabilitation specialist, working within Genesis's clinical team to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. As a part-time therapist, you'll balance focused clinical hours with flexibility, allowing you to manage your professional schedule while making a tangible impact on patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality-based interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed
• Document clinical findings and maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and functional recovery strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license (DPT or equivalent) valid in the state of practice
• Strong clinical knowledge in orthopedic, neurological, or general rehabilitation
• Proven ability to build rapport with patients and adapt treatment approaches
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing professional development
