About the Role
Our Screen Print, Embroidery, and Finishing departments form the core of our custom apparel operation. As a production team member, you'll operate state-of-the-art equipment in a clean, professional environment while delivering high-quality decorated products. This is a stable, full-time position with a dependable weekly schedule.
What You'll Do
- Operate screen printing and embroidery equipment to completed job specifications
- Inspect garments for quality throughout production
- Prepare materials and load equipment for efficient workflow
- Perform finishing work including trimming, pressing, and packaging
- Work collaboratively with production team members
- Maintain a clean and organized production area
