Arts Center Manager

Position Summary

As Arts Center Manager at MC, you'll oversee all aspects of daily operations for our facility in Montgomery County, Maryland. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Direct facility operations, including scheduling, maintenance coordination, and resource allocation
• Develop and execute cultural programming and public events that serve the Montgomery County community
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and identify revenue opportunities to support the center's mission
• Lead and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative environment aligned with the center's values
