Product Manager

Remilia, a creative studio and cultural brand headquartered in Orange County, is hiring a full-time Product Manager to drive product strategy and roadmap ownership for our social platform. You'll shape how digital communities connect, create, and grow online.

The Opportunity

Lead the complete product direction for a social application currently in beta, working alongside design and engineering teams in our Orange County studio. You'll define features, prioritize the roadmap, and guide development toward scale. This is a full-time, on-site position at the center of community-driven product strategy, bringing together online culture, platform mechanics, and real user impact for digital-native creators.

What You'll Do

• Set and evolve the complete product roadmap with strategic prioritization
• Author technical specifications and user stories for engineering execution
• Conduct user research and interpret feedback to inform decisions
• Lead feature prioritization across community functionality, engagement mechanics, and growth
• Navigate trade-offs between user value, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Execute in rapid agile cycles, collaborating closely with design and development teams

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product management experience scaling digital products to 25,000+ users
• Demonstrated success shipping consumer products, particularly in social, gaming, or community-focused spaces
• Expert understanding of engagement dynamics, social network effects, and platform monetization
• Genuine insight into online culture, emerging communities, and digital-native audiences
• Technical literacy to partner effectively with engineering teams
