About This Position
This full-time position offers hands-on landscape maintenance work within a dedicated horticulture department. You'll combine technical skill, plant knowledge, and equipment proficiency to keep the property's grounds in peak condition year-round. Responsibilities
- Prune and trim shrubs, ground covers, vines, trees, and palms using hand tools and landscape equipment
- Install shrubs, trees, and other plantings according to landscape specifications
- Maintain foliage through regular care, watering, mulching, and health monitoring
- Operate heavy landscape equipment safely and effectively
- Identify and properly care for common plant species across diverse landscape areas
- Perform general grounds cleanup and site maintenance
- Work collaboratively within the Horticulture team to meet landscape standards
