About the Role
As a Hitch Installer at U-Haul, you'll build expertise in one of the most in-demand service roles in automotive installation. This full-time position offers steady work with a compensation range of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, plus the opportunity to establish a career with North America's largest do-it-yourself moving company.
What You'll Do
- Install hitches on customer vehicles with precision and safety as top priorities
- Perform quality inspections and testing on all completed installations
- Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment at our Burlington facility
- Assist customers with hitch selection and answer technical questions
- Follow all U-Haul safety protocols and operational procedures
- Work efficiently to meet daily installation schedules and customer expectations
