U-Haul is hiring a Post Inspection Specialist in Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas to join our vehicle maintenance team. Position Summary

As a Post Inspection Specialist at U-Haul, you'll play a critical role in our quality assurance process. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and vehicle safety by conducting thorough inspections of repaired and maintained vehicles. Based in Corpus Christi at 1201 N Chaparral, you'll work in a dynamic environment where precision, mechanical expertise, and accountability are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive post-repair inspections on vehicles to verify repair quality and workmanship standards
• Test vehicle systems including brakes, lights, wipers, steering, and other mechanical components to ensure proper function
• Document detailed inspection findings and identify any defects or areas requiring additional work
• Communicate repair status and quality concerns clearly to the maintenance and repair teams
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections conducted throughout your shift
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures while performing inspections
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying patterns in repair quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge and hands-on automotive troubleshooting ability
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and accuracy
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles
