About the Role

As a Lead, Attractions Operations at Universal Kids Resort, you'll oversee the day-to-day functioning of assigned attractions, entertainment venues, and recreational spaces. Working closely with our Attractions Supervisors, you'll serve as a trusted resource and primary contact for our Team Members, fostering a collaborative environment where safety, guest service, and operational standards come first.

What You'll Do

• Direct daily operations across assigned attractions, shows, water areas, or dry play venues, ensuring all activities run smoothly and on schedule
• Prioritize the safety of both guests and Team Members through constant monitoring, proactive hazard identification, and adherence to all safety protocols
• Foster positive guest interactions by setting the tone for exceptional customer service and resolving any concerns that arise during operations
• Monitor and manage capacity levels to maximize guest flow while maintaining quality experiences
• Train new Team Members on all venue-specific duties, safety procedures, and guest service standards
• Support Attractions Supervisors by serving as a reliable point of contact and resource for frontline Team Members
• Maintain detailed records and communicate operational updates to management
