Role Overview
As a Leasing Consultant with Advanced Asset Management LLC, you'll be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through their leasing experience with professionalism and enthusiasm. Core Duties
- Conduct engaging property tours and present floor plans and lease options to prospective residents
- Qualif prospective residents and complete lease applications accurately
- Answer detailed questions about amenities, move-in requirements, and lease terms
- Follow up with leads, schedule showings, and nurture prospective leases
- Maintain accurate records in property management systems and track leasing activity
- Address resident concerns with prompt, professional service
- Contribute to occupancy goals and revenue targets through effective leasing
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of apartment leasing or customer service experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse residents
- Proven ability to perform effectively in high-volume office environments
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
- Self-motivated and energetic with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Proficiency with property management software and standard computer applications
