Core Duties

• Operate cash registers and process transactions quickly and accurately
• Greet all customers and patients with courtesy and genuine friendliness
• Assist customers in locating products and answer questions about merchandise
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and store floor
• Support pharmacy and front-end operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality (preferred)
• Cash handling and point-of-sale system experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
