Grupo Select is hiring a full-time Operador de Movimentação de Produtos to join our on-site logistics team in the US, where you will keep our shipping and loading operations running smoothly and safely every day.
About the Role
As an Operador de Movimentação de Produtos at Grupo Select, you will be at the heart of our distribution flow. Working on-site in the US, you will handle pre-picked products, prepare outbound shipments, and ensure that every truck is loaded accurately and in the correct delivery sequence. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and teamwork within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive pre-separated products handed off from the picking area.
- Load shipments in line with the packing lists (romaneios) provided.
- Stage and load trucks according to the planned order of deliveries.
- Handle goods carefully to prevent damage throughout the loading process.
- Alert the Team Leader and Supervisor whenever orders exceed available truck capacity.
- Keep the work area clean, tidy, and well organized at all times.
- Uphold and apply the values of Grupo Select in daily activities.
Qualifications
- Comfortable performing physical, hands-on warehouse and loading tasks.
- Attention to detail when matching products against packing lists.
- Ability to follow delivery sequences and loading instructions precisely.
- Strong sense of organization and care for product integrity.
- Clear communication skills for reporting issues to leadership.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to collaborate within a team.
