Grupo Select is hiring a dedicated Auxiliar de Produção I to join our egg processing operation in the United States, supporting a high-quality classification and packaging line where precision and care make all the difference.
About the Role
As an Auxiliar de Produção I at Grupo Select, you will play a hands-on part in our egg sorting and packaging process in the US. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone who values consistency, attention to detail, and following established quality procedures throughout each production shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out egg classification in line with the sector's Standard Operating Procedure (POP), ensuring every batch meets defined quality benchmarks.
- Assemble shipping boxes and fit the cardboard dividers correctly inside each one.
- Inspect eggs as they move through the line, removing any that are dirty, cracked, or broken.
- Verify that packaging is properly dated and matched to the correct egg type.
- Place trays and packages into their containers carefully to avoid damage during handling.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site, in a fast-paced production environment in the US.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistent quality standards.
- Ability to follow written procedures (POP) and work as part of a team.
- Comfort performing repetitive, hands-on tasks while staying focused on accuracy.
- Reliability, punctuality, and care in handling delicate products.
