If you completed automotive coursework in high school, studied automotive technology at a technical or community college, or have picked up practical skills working at an express lube or quick-service facility, Gerald Kia of Naperville wants to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and multi-point vehicle inspections
• Assist senior technicians with diagnostic procedures and repair work following manufacturer specifications
• Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work bay at all times
• Follow dealership and OEM safety protocols when handling vehicles, fluids, and equipment
• Grow your technical knowledge through on-the-job training and manufacturer resources

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED; automotive coursework at the high school or post-secondary level is a plus
• Relevant hands-on experience (such as express oil change, quick lube, or similar service work) accepted in lieu of formal training
• A basic set of personal hand tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a genuine interest in growing as an automotive professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership service environment
