Role Overview

This full-time position places you at the center of PNC's relationship-driven banking model. You'll own a portfolio of business clients, serving as their trusted financial advisor and primary point of contact. Your role bridges personal service with PNC's comprehensive suite of banking and financial products, combining strategic account management with consultative problem-solving to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a book of business clients across the Fort Worth area, building strong, lasting relationships
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities through referrals, networking, and market outreach
• Assess client financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
• Prepare financial proposals and presentations tailored to client objectives
• Process loan applications, account openings, and other transactions within policy and compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Track portfolio performance metrics and maintain detailed client records

What You Bring

• Proven experience in banking, relationship management, or similar customer-facing financial roles
• Strong understanding of commercial or business banking products and services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and close business opportunities
• Detail-oriented approach to compliance, documentation, and client confidentiality
• Proficiency with banking systems and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
