Seaman is seeking a Strategic Commercial Manager, Global Markets to drive revenue growth and commercial strategy across our global markets. Based in the US, this is a full-time position where you'll lead commercial initiatives for our world-class manufacturer of high-performance coated fabrics.
The Opportunity
As Strategic Commercial Manager, Global Markets, you'll shape the commercial direction of Seaman's global operations. In this role, you'll identify market opportunities, develop commercial strategies that align with our vision, and drive sustainable growth across our key markets. This is a leadership position where strategic thinking and commercial acumen directly impact our position as a leading supplier of durable, protective fabrics to customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand market share and revenue across global markets
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products, enter new markets, or expand existing accounts
- Manage key customer relationships and oversee account strategy for major accounts
- Set commercial targets and drive teams to achieve revenue and margin objectives
- Collaborate with product development, operations, and supply chain to ensure commercial success
Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial management, sales leadership, or business development experience
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and launching successful commercial initiatives
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate market insights into commercial action
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience in global markets and international business preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
