Your Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate wellness programs and health initiatives for employees
- Organize health education sessions and fitness or wellness activities
- Promote workplace health resources and communicate wellness information to staff
- Track participation and outcomes in wellness initiatives
- Partner with management to identify employee health and wellness needs
- Maintain records and provide reporting on wellness program effectiveness
