Sales Operations Business Intelligence Analyst

Insight Global is hiring a full-time Sales Operations Business Intelligence Analyst to lead data transformation and strategic analytics in Deerfield Beach, Broward County. You'll build and maintain Power BI solutions that drive sales insights and operational intelligence across our organization.

What This Role Involves

As a Sales Operations Business Intelligence Analyst at Insight Global, you'll design and develop analytics solutions that turn raw sales data into actionable intelligence. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position where you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into robust data models, calculated measures, and visual reports that support real-time decision-making across the sales organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards that track sales performance, pipeline health, and operational KPIs
• Create calculated columns and DAX measures to deliver accurate insights and analytics capabilities
• Connect and transform data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and consistency across reporting infrastructure
• Collaborate directly with sales operations, finance, and leadership to identify reporting needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Optimize query performance and model architecture to ensure fast, reliable analytics at scale
• Document data models, report logic, and analytical methodologies for team knowledge and system maintenance

Who We're Looking For

• Proven expertise building Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards in a professional setting
• Strong proficiency in SQL and DAX programming
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working directly in data
• Excellent communication ability; proven track record translating technical concepts for business stakeholders
• Experience with data transformation and ETL processes
• Sales operations, sales analytics, or business intelligence background preferred
