What You'll Do
- Advise leadership on employment law matters, including hiring decisions, performance management, and workplace disputes
- Draft and review employment agreements, offer letters, severance agreements, and other personnel documentation
- Develop and maintain workplace policies that support compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Support investigations and resolution of workplace disputes and concerns
- Stay current with employment law changes at federal, state, and local levels
- Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure our practices meet legal standards and company values
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar admission in the United States
- Substantial experience in employment law and workplace compliance
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in life sciences, pharma, or biotech sectors is a plus
