As our Medical Technologist Night, you'll perform laboratory testing on patient samples, ensuring accurate results that guide clinical decisions. Working during evening and night hours, you'll be part of a dedicated team committed to providing reliable diagnostic services when our patients and physicians need them most. What You'll Do

• Process and analyze blood, body fluid, and tissue specimens using laboratory equipment and techniques
• Perform routine and specialized testing across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology disciplines
• Verify test results for accuracy and precision, documenting findings in patient records
• Maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot instrument issues, and follow quality control protocols
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and clinicians to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely result reporting
• Adhere to CLIA regulations, safety standards, and infection control procedures

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science from an accredited program
• Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by ASCP, NCA, or equivalent
• State licensure as required by Florida regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during night shifts
• Proficiency with laboratory information systems and instrumentation
• Commitment to accuracy, patient confidentiality, and quality laboratory practices
