About the Role
As a Senior Manager in our Business Application Consulting practice, you'll lead teams delivering Oracle SCM solutions that enhance operational performance for Fortune 500 and mid-market organizations. You'll own client relationships, manage complex implementations, and shape strategic approaches to supply chain optimization across critical business processes.
What You'll Do
- Direct end-to-end consulting engagements focused on Oracle Order Management, Manufacturing, and Costing modules
- Gather and analyze client business requirements to design scalable, efficient solutions
- Lead implementation teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful system deployments
- Develop and deliver training programs that prepare client teams to operate and support their new systems
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend configurations that reduce costs and streamline workflows
- Serve as subject matter expert and trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- Senior-level consulting experience with Oracle SCM, particularly Order Management, Manufacturing, and Costing functionality
- Proven track record managing enterprise software implementations and leading cross-functional teams
- Deep expertise in supply chain processes, manufacturing operations, and cost management
- Strong client relationship and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at executive levels
- Willingness to travel up to 60% to client sites
