On-Site Manager | Bonsall Breeze

Southwest Equity Partners is seeking an On-Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our Bonsall, San Diego County property location. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll directly impact resident satisfaction and operational excellence for one of Southern California's leading property management companies.

The Opportunity

Join Southwest Equity Partners as an On-Site Manager in Bonsall, where you'll lead all aspects of property operations while maintaining the high standards that have defined our company since 2006. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for residents and internal stakeholders, managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating vendor services, and ensuring our multi-family and commercial properties operate smoothly. This role offers meaningful responsibility within a San Diego-based firm recognized for fostering strong, lasting relationships with residents and partners.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations, including maintenance coordination, grounds management, and vendor relationships
• Engage directly with residents to address requests, resolve concerns, and maintain satisfaction
• Monitor compliance with lease terms, occupancy policies, and applicable local regulations
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of property status, occupancy levels, and operational activities
• Manage property budgets, procurement processes, and vendor contracts within authorized limits
• Supervise and develop on-site team members to support property goals
• Maintain health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards across the site

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of on-site management, property management, or related supervisory experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of multi-family or commercial property operations
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven track record managing competing priorities and working independently
• Customer service orientation and demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with property management software and standard office applications
• Valid driver's license
