Associate Consulting Manager, Financial Reporting (Workiva)

Clearsulting LLC is seeking an Associate Consulting Manager, Financial Reporting to join our team in Bexley, Franklin County. This is a full-time opportunity to help leading organizations strengthen their financial operations through modern digital finance solutions.

The Opportunity

As an Associate Consulting Manager focused on Financial Reporting at Clearsulting LLC, you'll partner with enterprise clients to design, implement, and optimize their financial close and reporting processes. You'll combine technical expertise with business acumen to drive meaningful improvements in how organizations manage their financial data and insights. This role offers direct exposure to sophisticated financial systems and the chance to shape client outcomes alongside an experienced team of finance and consulting professionals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and support financial reporting projects for clients, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
• Assess client financial close and reporting workflows to identify gaps and recommend digital solutions
• Collaborate with finance teams and technology partners to implement reporting platforms and process improvements
• Provide technical guidance on financial systems, data structures, and best practices in digital reporting
• Document solutions, train client teams, and ensure successful system adoption
• Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies and tools used across engagements

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundation in financial reporting, financial close operations, or accounting systems
• Experience with financial reporting platforms or enterprise financial systems
• Demonstrated ability to understand client business requirements and translate them into solutions
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, or similar) are preferred but not required
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to diverse client needs
