  • Stay current on occupational health and safety regulations and industry standards affecting our business

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in health and safety program management or similar role
  • Professional certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or equivalent preferred
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other applicable workplace safety standards
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence organizational culture
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with safety management systems and incident tracking software
