About the Role

As Key Account Manager, OEM IT Cooling, you'll manage a portfolio of strategic OEM customers who depend on advanced cooling solutions. You'll be the primary point of contact for account planning, technical support coordination, and business development—working to deepen partnerships and expand our market presence in the competitive IT infrastructure space.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute account strategies with key OEM customers in the IT cooling and data center markets
• Identify expansion opportunities, new products, and service enhancements that create value for your accounts
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product teams to align customer needs with Grundfos solutions
• Maintain regular business reviews and forecasting to ensure account health and growth targets
• Serve as the relationship leader for complex negotiations, contract renewals, and major bids
• Represent Grundfos at industry events and customer facilities to strengthen partnerships

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of account management, strategic sales, or customer success experience in industrial or OEM-focused markets
• Proven success managing large, complex customer accounts or territories
• Strong understanding of cooling systems, HVAC, water management, or related industrial equipment (or demonstrated ability to master technical products quickly)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to balance strategic growth initiatives with day-to-day customer satisfaction
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a results-driven environment
• Willingness to travel periodically for customer meetings and account management
