Technical Lead Supply Chain Management and Resilience

Noblis seeks a Technical Lead for Supply Chain Management and Resilience in Bonnie, Utah County to drive Department of Defense supply chain transformation and strengthen national security through enhanced supply chain resilience. This is a full-time position supporting critical defense logistics modernization efforts.

About the Role

As Technical Lead for Supply Chain Management and Resilience, you will architect and lead analytical initiatives that strengthen how the DoD manages, monitors, and secures its supply networks. This role is contingent upon task award and funding. You will work at the intersection of logistics strategy, risk management, and defense operations, owning the technical direction for supply chain analysis and resilience programs that protect mission-critical resources.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth analyses of supply chain management processes, identifying bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and optimization opportunities
• Develop and implement supply chain risk management methodologies aligned with DoD requirements and best practices
• Lead technical teams in designing resilience frameworks that mitigate disruption and ensure continuity of critical supplies
• Translate complex supply chain data into actionable insights for defense leadership and stakeholders
• Partner with DoD partners to understand transformation goals and deliver solutions that drive supply chain modernization
• Establish metrics, monitoring systems, and governance structures for ongoing supply chain health assessment

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading supply chain management, logistics, or defense operations initiatives
• Deep expertise in supply chain risk assessment and resilience planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets
• Experience working with government agencies, particularly the Department of Defense
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical findings to executive audiences
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Security clearance eligibility strongly preferred
