Sr Construction Manager (Data Centers)

Jacobs is hiring a Senior Construction Manager (Data Centers) based in Grand Chute, Outagamie County for a full-time position. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical construction initiatives and oversee complex infrastructure delivery for major data center projects.

About the Role

As Senior Construction Manager, you'll direct construction operations and lead cross-functional teams through design-build and traditional delivery projects. This position demands expertise in large-scale infrastructure management, vendor coordination, budget accountability, and translating award-winning engineering and architectural vision into built environments. You'll be responsible for ensuring construction excellence while managing the complexities of data center infrastructure development.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations, site management, and team coordination for data center projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance across all construction phases
• Coordinate with engineering, architecture, procurement, and client teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to maintain schedule and budget performance
• Direct vendor and subcontractor relationships while maintaining quality and contractual compliance
• Lead planning and design-build processes that integrate construction expertise into early project phases
