About the Role

A server at MRG is the front-line ambassador for our restaurant. You'll be the bridge between our kitchen and our guests, ensuring every visit is welcoming and satisfying. This full-time position is based in Glenpool and requires reliability, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to hospitality.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them in the dining area
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items and specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from tables
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery
• Deliver meals and drinks with care and attention to detail
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal
• Handle payments and process transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and station
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns

What We're Looking For

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays
• Experience in food service is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate
