Ingleside Communities is hiring a full-time HR Generalist to lead human resources operations at our Mount Horeb, Wisconsin location. This on-site role offers the opportunity to shape workplace culture and drive HR strategy for our long-term care team.
About the Role
As HR Generalist at Ingleside Communities in Mount Horeb, you'll manage the complete spectrum of human resources functions. Working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, you'll serve as the central resource for recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and workforce development initiatives that support our mission to deliver quality care.
What You'll Do
- Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to build a strong workforce
- Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Administer benefits, payroll coordination, and employee records management
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and workplace initiatives
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with organizational goals and culture
- Handle policy development, training, and organizational development projects
What We're Looking For
- Proven HR Generalist experience with full-cycle recruitment and employee management
- Solid knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR software platforms
- Background in long-term care or healthcare settings preferred
