Marketing Account Manager

Phoebe Putney Health Systems is seeking a Marketing Account Manager to drive strategic growth and brand visibility for our healthcare service lines. Based in Albany, Georgia, this full-time position offers the opportunity to shape how our community experiences world-class healthcare.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Account Manager, you'll be the strategic lead behind our marketing initiatives, working to elevate how patients, families, and referral partners discover and engage with Phoebe Putney Health Systems. You'll own the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans across multiple service lines, translating organizational goals into impactful campaigns that resonate in our market.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies tailored to specific service lines and organizational priorities
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and community channels
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, department leaders, and external partners
• Analyze market data and campaign performance to refine tactics and maximize return on investment
• Oversee marketing collateral, messaging consistency, and brand standards across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify and communicate unique value propositions
• Monitor competitive landscape and emerging healthcare marketing trends

What You Bring

• 3+ years of professional marketing experience, with a track record of successful campaign execution
• Demonstrated expertise in account or service line management
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and common software applications
• Healthcare marketing experience or familiarity with the healthcare landscape strongly preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
