About the Role
As Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll shape hiring strategy, oversee recruitment operations, and lead a team of talent professionals dedicated to filling critical roles across the organization. You'll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to closing and onboarding.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and organizational goals
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent specialists
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and optimize the hiring process
- Oversee sourcing, screening, and candidate experience initiatives
- Manage recruitment budgets and vendor relationships
- Use data and analytics to improve hiring outcomes and time-to-fill metrics
- Foster an inclusive hiring culture and drive diversity initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, with 5+ years in a director or senior leadership role
- Proven track record building and scaling recruitment teams
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and best practices
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate business needs into talent solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
