About the Role
This part-time library assistant position (28 hours per week) begins August 3, 2026. You'll work alongside the school's media specialist to deliver comprehensive library and media services that support classroom instruction and independent student learning.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the media specialist to manage library operations and services across the school
- Support the selection and acquisition of books, instructional materials, and digital resources
- Organize, catalog, and maintain the school's media collections
- Provide circulation services and assist patrons in locating materials and using library resources
- Help create and maintain an inclusive, accessible learning environment in the media center
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by school administration
