About This Position
This is a full-time Oracle HCM consulting role within PwC's business application services practice. As a Senior Associate, you'll work with clients to assess their human resources technology needs, design solutions using Oracle HCM modules, and shepherd implementations from planning through deployment and support. You'll combine technical expertise with deep business insight, translating client objectives into effective system configurations and enhancements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and current-state systems to identify optimization opportunities and gaps in Oracle HCM functionality
- Design and implement Oracle HCM solutions tailored to client business processes, organizational structures, and compliance requirements
- Configure Oracle modules including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and related applications
- Conduct user training sessions and develop supporting documentation to ensure successful system adoption
- Provide post-implementation support and ongoing optimization recommendations
- Travel to client locations as needed (up to 60% of your time)
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM modules and Oracle Cloud applications
- Professional experience in Oracle HCM consulting, implementation, or systems administration
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and enterprise human capital management practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with diverse client stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate within consulting teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background
