Customer Success Associate

Join Wolters Kluwer's Account Services team in Clayton as a Customer Success Associate. In this full-time position, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients of our Business Licensing division, managing their relationships while ensuring seamless delivery of licensing services and support.

About This Position

As a Customer Success Associate with our Business Licensing team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining strong client partnerships. This is an in-office position based in Clayton, Saint Louis County, where you'll coordinate closely with our Account Services Department to deliver exceptional client experiences and oversee the fulfillment of licensing work ordered by your accounts.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day account relationships
• Coordinate and oversee the fulfillment of Business Licensing services and work requests from clients
• Communicate client needs and feedback to internal teams to ensure timely resolution
• Address client inquiries, provide updates on order status, and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity
• Collaborate with the Account Services Department to optimize client satisfaction and retention
