Project Leadership – Biotech (clinical trials) – Oncology – Home Based – (Future Needs)

Parexel is seeking a Project Leadership professional to join our Global Project Leadership organization in Trenton, Mercer County. In this full-time role, you will drive clinical research projects forward, managing key initiatives within our Biotech Division's oncology portfolio while ensuring we deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and the patients we serve.

About the Role

As a Project Leader at Parexel, you are central to our mission of advancing clinical research. You'll oversee project execution across clinical trial initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining strong partnerships with our clients. Your strategic oversight ensures that our oncology-focused projects meet timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements while positively impacting patient health outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Direct and coordinate clinical research projects within our oncology specialty, from initiation through completion
• Build and lead high-performing project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Manage stakeholder relationships, providing clear communication and progress updates to clients and internal partners
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery
• Navigate complex regulatory requirements and ensure compliance throughout the clinical trial lifecycle
• Identify risks and implement strategies to address challenges proactively
• Champion quality standards and best practices across your project portfolio

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in project management or project leadership within clinical research, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments
• Deep familiarity with clinical trial operations, regulatory frameworks, and oncology therapeutic areas
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with budget management and resource planning
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated industry setting
