Strategy Analyst – Product and Experience Operations

The Opportunity

This Strategy Analyst role represents a key position within Product and Experience Operations at Highmark Health, one of the nation's leading health insurance providers. You'll serve as a strategic partner to our product teams, helping bridge the gap between high-level organizational objectives and day-to-day execution. Your work will center on building and maintaining the analytical infrastructure—dashboards, reporting systems, and collaborative frameworks—that enables cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions and track progress toward business goals.

Core Duties

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting systems that track product performance and operational metrics
• Conduct analysis on market trends, member data, and product usage to inform strategic recommendations
• Coordinate cross-portfolio planning sessions and strategy reviews, documenting outcomes and action items
• Manage shared documentation, process workflows, and collaboration tools used across product teams
• Monitor key performance indicators and develop insights that guide product roadmap decisions
• Support product leadership in scenario planning, financial modeling, and strategic forecasting
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies within the Product and Experience Operations function

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, operations, or product management
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present findings to senior leadership
• Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams in a complex environment
• Familiarity with healthcare, health insurance, or member experience operations preferred
