• Facilitate contract renewals and expansion agreements by demonstrating ongoing value delivery and measurable return on investment
• Monitor service level attainment and partner with Oracle teams to resolve customer challenges promptly and maintain confidence
• Track account health metrics, customer satisfaction, and engagement indicators to guide retention and incremental revenue strategies
• Serve as the primary customer advocate, managing escalations professionally and ensuring timely resolution
