About the Role

As our Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of daily property operations, responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the property and responding promptly to maintenance needs. You'll work independently and as part of a team to ensure all systems run efficiently and residents enjoy their living environment. This role requires hands-on problem-solving, attention to detail, and the flexibility to handle both routine maintenance and emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform make-ready operations on vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents
• Maintain and troubleshoot building systems, appliances, and physical assets
• Respond to and resolve 24-hour emergency maintenance calls
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents, vendors, contractors, and team members
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work completed and supplies used
• Identify safety hazards and address maintenance issues proactively

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related trade
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to respond to emergency maintenance situations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
